Day 8- Gone Raw

Comments

The wrap doesn't look too bad, but I'm not too sure about the banana split, lol. But, I'll take your word for it!

That's great Sharon! The drink in the morning sounds really healthy and is probably giving your body something it's been needing, hence why you feel so good after drinking it...
I would like the recipe for the seaweed wrap, I think my husband would love that!
Hey Laurie, really the banana split is sooo yummy. I did not realize that you can make milk from nuts! awesome discovery.

But the seaweed wrap is pretty easy.
First you make the pate filling.
2 leaves of kale greens
1 leaf of romaine lettuce
1 stalk of celery
1 forth of an onion
teaspoon of sea salt
1alvacodo
mix it all up in the food processor

Then Just take a piece of whole wheat flat bread for the wrap.
Then add a sheet of nori seaweed on top of it
spread the pate on top of the nori
then roll it up like a wrap and cut into smaller pieces.
This is a recipe i came up with on my own but for more raw food recipes check out http://www.goneraw.com/

Good luck! Raw food diets are supposedly very good for you. My problem is that I love meat too much! Maybe I can try the diet for a week or two just to see if I can do it!

Thank you for the inspiration! ;)
I hope all the raw food doesn't upset your guts. I like a certain amount of raw food but if I have too much it gives me problems! I like roasted vegetables and steamed things as well as the raw stuff but it does all sound nice and tasty.
